I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 1-2 business days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 3-10 business days. Tracking numbers will be updated 1-2 business days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 3-4 business days please email us at hello.scriptfashions@gmail.com.

 

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

We are not currently accepting returns or exchanges do to the current state of the world and the COVID-19 Pandemic. (N/A).

We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 10 days after the date of delivery to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include a name, order number on the returned parcel(s) and photo proof of the damaged item(s) to help us better resolve the issue(s). 

Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive to us before receiving a full refund.

 

Can I cancel my order?

You are unable to cancel your order. All sales are final due too COVID-19 restrictions. 

 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply contact us via text at 313-648-8694, please include the name on the order, order number, and correct address within 1 hour of initial purchase. No action will be taken after a 1 hour of incorrect submission. 

 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times varies as we do ship worldwide based on your location. Please allow 3-10 business days for U.S. shipment(s) to arrive. Please allow 15-25 business days for International shipment(s) to arrive.
